After we cleared customs, the CARO staff met us smoothly and arranged a Mercedes E200 for us. The car performed very well. We are very satisfied. Apart from the usual rental fee, an additional 200 Euros was pre-authorized, which they said would be refunded if everything was in order.

We rented a small manual Polo from Caro. Overall, the car was in good condition, especially during flat acceleration, though it lacked some power when driving uphill. The service attitude was very good.

Overall, it's quite good. The staff was very careful and thorough when handing over the car. The return process was also very convenient.
