Pickup and drop-off were both very convenient and fast! The car was in good condition!

They made a mistake with my order and charged me over 500. I had to show them the order to fix it and finally got the right car type.

The pick-up and drop-off procedures are straightforward. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes due to some questions about options, but once done, we headed out to pick up the car and left. For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

The waiting time in line was too long, everything else was fine.
