The car I received was just a so-called similar model, definitely not an Infiniti! The waiting time at Thrifty Car Rental in the US for processing the return is counted as delayed return. I've rented many times before and it was fine, but this time the attendant was awful.

Because we needed to install three child seats, we initially requested a vehicle with foldable rear seats. Upon picking up the car, we found that the trunk was too small to fit two suitcases. The rental company immediately provided a car with a much larger trunk. Very satisfied.

Excellent car and staff.

It would have been nice if all the extra charges were clearer up front. The total at the end was over double the advertised price.
