The Hobart Airport location falsely advertised having Prados when they did not. After my complaint, they removed all Prados from their listings. The star is for the service staff, who were extremely helpful.

They upgraded the car to Mitusbishi SUV, which is so spacious and easier to drive. I am sorry that the staff at the pick-up counter didn't tell where to return the car at Launceston Airport.

“Stress free booking”

Desk staff tried to upgrade us to an SUV. Normally that would be lovely but it wouldn’t have fit our three car seats. It was a lovely gesture. We would have upgraded to a full size 4WD Or people mover if one was available.
