The car pickup in Los Angeles was quite smooth; DAN handled the car rental procedures without any hassle. When we reached the pickup location, there were no JEEP Grand Cherokees available, which was a bit disappointing, so we opted for a Nissan Pathfinder instead.

Picking up the car early will incur additional charges in USD, which the front desk won't tell you! Later, I mentioned I wanted to pick up the car early but also return it early. The American staff didn't charge extra then! The car was in good condition!

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
