Like: Was very happy with the whole experience. Happy that the car seat was installed. Happy with the vehicle and the customer service. Will use again. Dislike: As always, prices could be improved :)
Like: Free upgrade to a near brand new car with built in sat nav which turned out to be a life saver. Dislike: Car rental return signage could be a little better but otherwise still straight forward.
Like: flight was delayed of course and it was the last flight of the evening, no help from the call centre but the amazing staff stayed back til after 1am so I could collect the car.
