Very convenient and efficient

The car was very new, and since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a larger SUV. This avoided a lot of unnecessary trouble.

The reserved car was unavailable, and the customer was forcefully upgraded to a vehicle nearly twice the original price.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes.
Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
