The service was just okay. They asked if I needed extra fuel and additional insurance but didn't ask if I wanted the reserved model. They gave me a Buick SUV instead of the Ford I had reserved, claiming both cars were in the same category and were of equal value. I wasn't aware of this at first, so I waited for half an hour for a car that was not prepared in advance. When I noticed the car wasn't the same, I went to discuss it. I found out that the model I reserved was available, and I didn't understand why they didn't give it to me in the first place. Eventually, they switched it back to the reserved model.

Terrible service attitude, they insisted I buy insurance. I refused and they kept badgering me. Eventually, they were extremely rude when I didn't purchase it!
