店側は予約していなかったSUV車を残し、乗用車を受け取ることに同意したが、荷物を置くことができなかったため、レンタカー会社に乗り換えを提案した。結局、交渉の結果、レンタカー会社は現代I35に乗り換えを許可した。過程は曲折したが,やはり我々の期待に達した。車を乗り換える過程で交流が少し骨が折れて、店の都合が悪くて、適時に車がないことを知らせなかったので、私たちが要求した後で、店側は譲歩して、私たちの合理的な要求を承諾した。
