The KIA van we got was huge. Exactly enough space for 6 adults, 6 big suitcase and 4 carry-on sized bags.
The car was clean on the outside, some dirt on the floor, which was difficult to remove as the car had no floor mats.
We had to fill up the window flusher liquid, as it was totally empty upon pick up.
The car performed great and was a breeze to drive long distance.
As instructed, waited for the shuttle, went directly to the rental location, and after returning the car, the rental company's shuttle took us to the airport.
Initially, we planned to pick up and return the car at the airport. However, since we stayed in the city first, we noticed that the pickup instructions indicated the car should be collected near the airport. So, we took a taxi directly to the rental office. We later learned that if you pick up the car at the rental office, you also need to return it to the same office and cannot pick up at the office and return at the airport. Overall, it was fine. The condition of the car and the convenience of the process were both quite good. Make sure to evaluate the return time in advance. If you need to extend the rental period, it's best to call the office a day ahead for confirmation.
