Although we were reserved a Seat Leon they provided us with a Seat Arona which wasn't as good. The car itself was fine. The only thing to note is that when you take the car away they ask you to take photos of damage that was pre existing and it doesn't say anywhere on the documentation that there is damage.

Beaucoup de temps d'attente à l'arrivée pour récupérer la voiture. Au retour, prise en charge fluide. Pas de vérification avant la prise en charge ni au retour.

Terrible service and poor quality car. Heaped on charges at rental office and doubled the cost of the hire.

The car was very old. The price trebled as they didn't take my credit card. Wont be using them again

When picking up the car, even though I told the counter staff that I had purchased additional insurance from Zuzuche, they insisted that I buy comprehensive full coverage for 276 Euros. When I needed urgent help, they just said it was my negligence, so they didn't provide any support or assistance! Had to deal with the tow truck company myself, which cost 100 Euros. Very disappointed!!!

Didn't get the car, the counter staff's service attitude was very poor.

It was really hard to get there as we got there by our friend car (we didn’t use the airport bus service). Customer service super friendly and gave us car which we kindly asked for :).. Clean and in good condition. Everything went well and for sure we will use this company again.
