The car was fine. It's just that the fuel gauge showed full when I picked it up, but it dropped really quickly when I started driving. After refueling, this issue didn't occur again. I suspect the tank wasn't full at pickup.

Everything was perfect, Only need to give more detailed instructions about dropping the car (Where to park the car excactly, What to expect and How).

Totally unreliable! Both pickup and drop-off locations were unclear or incorrect! No one answered any of the calls, and the car rental company's official number was always on hold. Finally, we had to contact via the rental platform to resolve. Our group, dragging large luggage, wasted several hours and disrupted our schedule! Who compensates for our loss?

Car was definitely not ita own class. Corolla for intermediate?? Seriously so what is passat? And car was full of scratches.. Stuff wasnt helpful at all

There is only one staff member, and the company attracts customers with low rental prices but then adds many extra charges.

They unjustly charged a deposit. Both the rental company and I spent a long time communicating multiple times before they finally provided the so-called damage charge proof.

The stAff was extremely helpful both on the helpdesk and over the phone (with queries regarding drop off location hidden in a shopping centre car park which even the shopping centre information point didnt know about)

Like: Car was dirty and luck of windscreen liquid
Dislike: Price much more expensive than Warsaw or Gdansk almost double
