The car pickup was fairly smooth, and there were no major issues with the car. The main problem was that we returned the car half an hour later than agreed, which made us very anxious as we were rushing to catch a flight. Additionally, there was no clear explanation for the service fee they charged; it felt arbitrary, which left a bad impression.

The car was in terrible condition and unsafe to drive. The solution to our complaint was to charge extra for a replacement. Communication was poor, with hours-long delays in responses via WeChat. Having rented cars abroad for years, this is the first time I've had such a bad experience with a local Chinese car rental company.

The car rental process was not complicated, but when I contacted them in advance, it was specified that a POS machine was required for the pre-authorization. However, the staff who came to assist did not bring a POS machine due to personal reasons, so we had to use WeChat Pay for pre-authorization. It’s been a month and the pre-authorization has still not been refunded. Regarding the car inspection, at the final handover at the airport, I was told there were no issues with the car body. However, after returning to my home country, I received notice that there were two scratches that were overlooked and I need to pay an additional 800 dirhams. What is the point of buying the 5000 yuan damage waiver insurance if it cannot cover this?
