The Schiphol branch is better than Europe Car. The staff at Europecar were indifferent. Alamo and Enterprise are actually the same company, felt like I got a good deal. The girl who helped me book upstairs was very nice, and she was also there when I returned the car. The girl who assisted me with the pickup was great too, even joked with us.

Returned the car yesterday. The staff quickly checked it and efficiently told us 'OK, finished!' Very satisfied with the overall service. Extremely fast, no paper receipts or contracts, everything was sent via email. No extra charges received so far.

This was our first time renting a car abroad for a family trip. A friend recommended this rental company, and it was truly fantastic. The vehicle was very clean and new, and the service attitude was excellent. We will definitely choose this company for our next trip.

Alamo is a deceptive company, colluding with Zuzuche to scam customers. On July 18, 2024, I rented an Audi A3 in Amsterdam but was given a Kia Ceed, and they told me it's a car of the same class. They even said cars rented through Zuzuche are like this, and only their official website can guarantee the correct car. Clearly, they are working together to deceive customers. On July 21, 2024, I rented a Volkswagen Passat in Berlin, but they gave me a Volkswagen T-Roc, claiming it was an upgrade. The T-Roc is much smaller than the Passat, and I couldn't even fit my luggage. After arguing with them for half an hour, they finally gave me a Tiguan. I feel like Alamo and Zuzuche are scamming customers together. The cars I received were of lower class than what I booked, yet they insisted they were of the same level. Having rented cars abroad countless times, this is the first time I have been scammed twice, and both times by Alamo.

When renting a car in Europe, choose a smaller vehicle. SUVs can be troublesome in many parking lots due to narrow roads and tight entrances/exits. Additionally, parking rates are €25-30/24h in Rotterdam, €45/24h in Belgium, and €46/24h in French underground parking lots. It's suggested to return the car in France and use the metro during your stay there. When traveling to other countries, rent a car again. Renting in the city center is half as expensive as at the airport, but returning a car at the airport is more convenient. You can weigh the pros and cons yourself.

Due to an issue with the translated driver's license, I wasn't able to rent the car. The communication process wasted three valuable hours of my trip. Eventually, I had to rent a car from another company at twice the cost. Very disappointing experience!

I initially booked an Audi A3, but due to a lot of luggage, I was worried it wouldn't fit. I inquired about a more spacious car and the additional cost. The store provided a great alternative and offered a discount on the extra cost. Very happy!
