The process is very convenient.

Simple and efficient.

Both pickup and return are inside the airport. The instructions are very clear.

After exiting the airport, there is a row of car rental companies, making it very convenient to rent a car. The pick-up location is just about 100 meters away.

The car is somewhat old, and the front desk staff seemed a bit impatient, probably due to an influx of Chinese tourists.

Like: Free upgrade when I was early and my car wasn't ready. So great!!! Also, my partner thought she lost some rings and your staff member walked to the wash bay and looked for me immediately. She was working the evening of Saturday the 28th in Hobart. Turned out they were in her bag but it was your staff who went above and beyond the call of duty. Cheers

Avis is a big company with quite a few renters. There was a small queue when picking up the car, but overall the process was smooth. It seems like they upgraded my car for free, as I originally booked a Hyundai I20 and ended up with a Mitsubishi SUV. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car.

Like: Paid less but got the same service and value as Avis online booking

The store is small, but the service is good.

The company is great, and the service attitude is good.

The staff were very thorough and patient in explaining everything without trying to upsell anything. However, telling you that any issue will result in compensation might scare beginners.

Like: short notice to get hire car for the weekend, no other agency could supply a small car with 2 days notice, plus the Avis rent was very reasonable
Dislike: all good

Very good, ended up paying 2 AUD less at the shop.

You can pick up and drop off the car at any local branch, which is very convenient.

Very satisfied.
