Rented a car from Avis in Rovaniemi. We chose to fly into Rovaniemi and take the night train out. Initially considered picking up the car at the airport and returning it at the train station, but the cost was much higher. Fortunately, our Airbnb host offered to pick us up from the train station, so we decided to pick up and return the car there. After settling in the Airbnb, we took a taxi to the train station at 6 PM. There was no car rental counter in the train station, just a key drop box. The taxi driver called the car rental office using the number on the box and found out that the office was right where we got into the taxi... The driver took us to the office, but no one was there. We contacted QEEQ, and they quickly connected us with a rental company employee who was waiting for us at the train station. We just didn’t know at the time. After waiting at the office, the rental company employee arrived, and we completed the paperwork. Then they drove us back to the train station to pick up the car. The distance wasn't too far, and the pickup process was relatively smooth.

About AVIS:8.0/10
I chose a rental location from the QEEQ map that was supposedly only 600 meters away from Helsinki Central Station, but the actual address was 6.3 kilometers away. QEEQ should correct this to avoid misunderstandings. I had to call Avis to arrange for the car to be relocated to a branch almost one kilometer away from the station (since Avis only has this branch near the Helsinki station, and it’s not 600 meters away). We dragged our luggage to the branch, where the staff warmly welcomed us and upgraded our car to an automatic transmission for free.
Very dissatisfied. When I arrived at the AVIS counter at the airport, there was no one there. I waited for half an hour and called the company, but they said they couldn't find my reservation. After multiple attempts and with the help of airport staff and other car rental companies, I managed to contact AVIS again. They finally agreed to send someone. After more than an hour of waiting, an employee came to assist me with the car pickup without any apology or explanation. This was really infuriating!
