The store is right outside the airport, very easy to find and convenient. The customer service is professional and efficient. They upgraded me to an SUV for free. The car was very new, and returning it at Melbourne Airport was also easy. Great value for money. Highly recommended. I will use them again next time.

Terrible

Very happy! Service was excellent, and picking up and returning the car was easy. Last year in the USA, the rental car company forced me to rent a GPS and downgraded my car to push their insurance, making me wait from 11 PM to 4 AM. In Australia, this rental company provided great service, upgraded my car when my booked model wasn't available, and didn't pressure me to buy insurance. I will definitely rent from this company for future international trips and recommend my driving friends to do the same.

The Thrifty counter staff initially tried to charge me the rental fee. I emphasized that I had already prepaid through ZUZUCHE. After checking the rental slip for a while, they finally didn't charge me again. When returning the car, there were no staff available. After parking, I handed the key to the counter in the arrivals hall. Later, they charged my card 36 AUD for an unknown reason. Since the amount is small, I didn't bother to investigate.

I picked up the car in Sydney. The rental office was inside the airport, and it was very convenient to find right after getting off the plane. The process was quick, and the service was excellent.

The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they looked at customers with a sideways glance, clearly showing discrimination against Chinese people. They charged a $300 deposit when I paid with a card, but only returned $200 when I came back. Additionally, there was an unexplained $20 charge, which the bank confirmed was deducted by the rental company.

Generally satisfied. Strongly request Thrifty to clean the vehicle before renting it out!
