The store is right outside the airport, very easy to find and convenient. The customer service is professional and efficient. They upgraded me to an SUV for free. The car was very new, and returning it at Melbourne Airport was also easy. Great value for money. Highly recommended. I will use them again next time.

I was supposed to pick up the Benz GLE at 11:00, but it was not available until 18:00. Fortunately, the store arranged a Mitsubishi for me to use in the city, but it did delay my schedule a bit. I hope this can be improved. During this period, I contacted the rental service, but they couldn't resolve it either.

The waiting time is about 5 mins. However the document process took about 20 mins as the computer hanged(told by the staff) or she is very slow in doing her work
