drop off area are not in easy area to get public transport to hotel.. i booked car before booking hotel in bangkok town. purpose going to hua hin from dmk airport. when pick up.. asked staf at counter to change drop off somewhere near mbk.. they dont know. when return car.. hard to find taxi to mbk... car everything tip top. tq

Thai Rent suprised and free upgraded me to the brand new Toyota Fortuner with less than 150km mileage! Wonderful experience with this car around the cities and places. Pick up and drop off experience were smooth and fast. Price is great comparing others. Will definitely revisit them in next trip.

Great single platform that provide view for all available choices and pricing comparison. Booking experience is easy and smooth. Only comment is the insurance which charged separately, is almost same price with the car rent although it's a discounted price. Overall is good.

The service attitude was very poor and inhumane. I will not choose this company next time. Had to wait a long time when picking up the car. Returning the car was even worse, they insisted the car be parked at their entrance and not in the upstairs parking lot. When I asked for assistance to retrieve the car, they refused. I had to find a local person to help me. Given the unfamiliar airport routes, this service should have been provided. Additionally, the external fuel price was 28.7 THB per liter, but they charged 3200 THB per liter for refueling, which is a scam. The front windshield already had two deep cracks, then they claimed a new crack occurred and charged 5000 THB. Disappointing. Fellow travelers, avoid this company. On average, the low-end car cost over 300 RMB per day. This issue caused us to miss our flight and we had to pay an extra 4000 THB for rescheduling. Overall, this company left a very bad impression. I do not recommend it.

1 year ago, I rented a car from this car provider at Chiang Rai. At then, the staff gave me much smile. So, at this time...humm, staff was not impolite, but...so so. Especially when returned, I felt a bit arrogant. The car already drove alomst 120000 km, but the car condition was good especiasllly in engine for 120000km, but inside cleanness ...a bit worn out. But overall, the cost performance was excellent

I usually used a coupon when booking, I have not felt convenience from price protector... but this site is so easy to make a reservation.

This rental company is cheap because they impose various fines on you. It's better to rent from the nearby small car rental; their prices are reasonable, and their service is much better. They are patient and help you with any issues. I've rented here many times and finally got scammed. Be careful, everyone.

No Chinese service when returning the car, and the pre-authorization was not canceled. It was automatically canceled by the bank after a month.
