A very convenient car rental experience. As soon as you exit the airport, you can easily spot the counter, and the procedures are straightforward.

Everything is decent, except the car is very old and has 130,000 kilometers on it.

I booked Toyota Yaris but I got a Honda Brio

We spent an hour dealing with insurance upsell due to language barriers and a faulty translator. Initially, they tried to sell me a super insurance package which I declined several times, but the representative kept insisting. I wasn't sure if I misunderstood, so I called Zuzuche's Chinese customer service from the airport. As I suspected, she was still trying to sell the insurance. After confirming with Zuzuche that I didn't need their insurance and that I already had the coverage I required, the issue was resolved. The staff who processed the contract and the two men during car pickup were very helpful. Later, I extended my rental by a few days due to a change in plans. Despite repeatedly confirming with them that the return time was 6 AM, the staff was 30 minutes late. This made me rush between the check-in counter and the car rental office, causing me a lot of stress about missing my flight. Although I was dissatisfied, I still tipped all three staff members.

The car rental process is very standardized, and the service is excellent! They came to our villa to pick up the car, and the additional charge for car collection was not expensive! Highly recommended!

Good service and easy to deal with. Deposit been make with 5K THB. Car stopped without battery on next day which could be possible due to the light and Budget guy come to jump start the car, very professional and Im appreciate their prof on this. Car is not the same from the show/booked which is Toyota Yaris while getting Honda Amaze Brio, still an ideal car which is save petrol with lower cc/engine. A nice trip with Budget.

The staff was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. They explained the contract details thoroughly. I added zero deductible insurance, and the return process was smooth with minimal inspection. Also, when I rented the car, they only checked my driver's license, so I didn't need the translated copy I brought. The car they rented to me was very new and in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with this car rental experience.

Shouldn’t request any docs or email at the counter. Every thing should be paperless and electronic. And shotten time to pick up vehicle.

Work with budget for paperless to pick up vehicle will be great.
