Booked an SUV, but upon arrival, was told it had broken down the day before, and only a compact sedan was available. We had the option to drive to another location to swap it, but our schedule was already tight. So, we had to take the compact car, which was very cramped for 4 adults, 1 child, and a car seat. The entire trip was uncomfortable. If the car broke down yesterday, why couldn't they arrange another one by then? Very dissatisfied.
