Both pickup and return were smooth, and the service was excellent.

The fuel cap would not open and we had to change the car after day one as we could not add fuel. A Damn nuisance and a waste of a half day…

Thank you Europcar! The service was great, and the receptionist Turkma was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most was that after returning the car, I forgot my watch in the trunk. I contacted the staff member Jeafer, and he kept it safe for me. The communication was very smooth. I am very grateful and highly recommend this rental company!

The deposit was refunded very quickly; I returned the car the same day and received the deposit back on the same day.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The staff printed the return route for one-way rentals, making it very convenient to find the location when returning the car. This was particularly considerate. We purchased the full insurance, and the return process only took 5 minutes. I recommend getting full insurance; you won't need to worry about any issues during the trip as the car rental company will handle everything.

The car was dirty inside, I'm not happy

The Changan car provided was not easy to drive and the air conditioning was insufficient in the heat.

Europcar at this location (Muscat, Oman) were very efficient and friendly. I was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no cost to me. Very satisfied.

Second time I have used QEEQ.COM. One rental in Canada and the other in Oman. Good service and excellent follow up when I had an issue in Canada. Will always consider usingg QEEQ.

Picking up and dropping off the car were both at the same parking lot, and they provided picture instructions, making it easy to find.

The service wasn't as expected. Nonetheless, we booked a very good 4WD car, once arrived, it's wasn't available. The Europcar supervisor pushed us to pick a 4WD car from a lower class (and cheaper) once, in reality, one of his employees told us that there were cars to upgrade instead to downgrade our (expensive) booking. His behavior was very sneaky and if you're not strong in holding your position (I paid for an excellent 4WD), you might end with a car with lower performances. I believe that they should think more about how to treat better their customers and give real value for the money we spend.

We were given a good vehicle that was clean and with good appearance. The only comment that I had was the that the gentleman that issued me the vehicle effectively increased the fuel level about a quarter tank than what was actually in the tank. I only found this out when I left the airport. I know it was my fault for not checking before driving away but what happened from the staff member was unacceptable.
