CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ADVANTAGE IN ATLANTA

The car I booked was not available when I arrived at the store. How could I be satisfied?

Ended up paying charges that are unanticipated. at return, advantage representative was very rude throughout the whole process, and when she was done, she just walked away without even mentioning that the process was over.

Was charged a foreign transaction fee, which i was not aware of. both companies(advantage and easy rentcars) were not transparent with their charges.

Like: great car, prompt service
Dislike: it wasn't clear what company I was renting with ... there was no "easyrentcars" counter.

The car was roomy enough to put in my husband's wheelchair and his walker in the back seat. It was very hot yet the air conditioner cooled off the car quickly. We arrived around one in the morning and the staff was courteous and helpful. It took longer for me to get everything loaded in the car and get my handicapped husband situated. The staff patiently waited to open up the gate.

It was easy to book the car on the website and I successfully got a rateGreat value reduction.

The car was bigger than I'd bargained for and in excellent condition. The only slight problem was that the driver's seat smelled strongly of men's cologne. The guys behind the counter and at checkout were all very nice and extremely helpful.

Our tire light came on. Al. The tires should be checked before sending cars out.
