HERTZ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN POLAND

Staff spoke good English which was very helpful. As it was my first time taking a car from Wroclaw Airport I missed the entrance into the Return Rental Car signage as this was not very obvious. I am sure colour coding the signage can help direct people if its their first time returning ALL Rental Cars not just Hertz.

All was fine. I had the booking confirmation came before expectations...Thank You.

Great car from Hertz, no issue to rent and return it. The only thing I didnt like was that the parking was on high floor, so it took a while to get there ;-)

Due to Covid-19 office was only opened for pick-up. I think I might be the only client that day. I had to postpone pickup +2h - No problem. Drop-off with key deposit box on guarded Parking. Car was perfect and clean. Not Mercedes C-class but much stronger 8 months old Volvo S60.

Hertz Warsaw as usually presented very high standard of service. The gar that I got was nearly new and in perfect condition. I was also treated to a little upgrade to Seat Leon, which I found to be a good drive.

Very easy booking process, all the details easy to find, good price and availability of suppliers.

One of the fastest check-in and check-out. Just come in and everything is ready within max 5 minutes. The problem was only to find the car because the parking has so many areas. Even people who rented the car near me was looking for few minutes "where my car is?". Extra thing was: no need to clean the car without any extra fee (what another rental car companies has in Warsaw).

As always - fast, good price and nice app. Points are something what makes me loyalty for EasyRentCars. Love it!

Smooth experience though we did not get a 2-door coupe as booked. The service provided by Hertz was still good and we had absolutely no problems collecting or returning the car.
