The car was good, a few little scuffs in addition to the ones they had marked on the document that I had to point out to them. The car was supposed to be full of fuel but there was no way of telling to be sure as the petrol indicator goes down in segments. and it showed full. 20 miles up the road and it went down a segment (quarter of a tank) so I estimate it was about 15 euros shorts - leaving me out of pocket as I filled it up twice (one half way through our two day hire and once on return). I told the receptionist on return and asked for a credit, but she refused saying there was no way of her knowing, that she has to rely on people bringing the car back full, if the guage says full then as far as she was concerned it was full - but I assured her it wasn't. I think the next time we have one of these cars with the digital fuel indicater I will check the petrol at the first petrol station that I come across to make sure, and then take it back the same. It's the only way to beat these people is to do the same as the last person who hired the car and that is cheat!.
Other than that I have no other issues with Sicily By Car, the man on pick up was friendly and there was no issue with taking the car back with the usual dirt on it like you would on a two day car hire drive.
Price on this occassion was good.
