I wish they would explain a little better the after hour drop off I would have not known how it works. Wanted to drop of car in Fort Lauderdale because my flight was canxl but there was a drop of charge so I returned the car was a little inconvenient

Everything went OK at Easirent, except for one thing, the manager. He was completely unprofessional. He wasn't there when we first arrived but we received help from another staff member, who was actually helpful. The office phone rang and the staff member picked it up and began to help the person on the phone. So we began waiting. Once the manager arrived he immediately turned his back to us and started doing something on his cell phone. It quickly became clear that he was texting with someone. The other staff member had to break his attention and remind him, the manager, that we had been waiting for a while. He then began to take our information but then quickly went back to his cell phone around the corner. He then instructed a third staff member, who apparently had only worked there for three days, to help us while he, the manager, went off to text on his phone again. The staff member who had only been there for three days tried to help me as best he could, but there were things he just didn't know due to lack of experience, but it was not his fault. The manager eventually came back and finished checking us in and then left again leaving the other two staff members to get the car for us and go over the rest of the normal car rental procedures. Again, the two staff member were excellent and helped me as best they could, but the manager was completely unprofessional and needs retraining.
Waited atleast 30 min to pick my car up even tho i ordered ahead. there was one customer ahead of me with an issue. When i complained someone else came to finish me up.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

Jamal the service representative rented me a vehicle with two bald front tires! Literally no tread, I took a picture with a penny in what would have been the tread area to show just how bald the tires were. I addressed the lack of safety, but apparently Jamal stated “that’s all he had for a vehicles”. I checked the lot and saw at least 7 other vehicles.

Checking in was a nightmare and the lady that assisted did not help in the least bit. With that said, the driver and Rashad (who helped when I turned my car in) were really nice guys. Also, it was not clear that I needed to provide my own insurance or pay extra. I ended up having to pay extra ($44.00) for insurance because the lady that helped me check in would not let me use my insurance. I am not sure why because I have collision coverage but by then, I was so frustrated as I had been waiting over an hour that I just ended up agreeing to pay. I am attaching my insurance as proof that I do in fact have collision coverage.
Took too long to pick up from airport. Spend an hour with an agent who tried to make it difficult to rent with out additional insurance. Said that I have to get SunPass or I will be ticketed.

the gentleman at the counter was perfect and the one driving shuttle was perfect. two people cannot not do that job. i was there a long time and so were many other people. 2 people on a shift they do everything. the price of my car for three weeks was great it ran great. my front fender was slightly hanging off. for some reason all 4 doors and truck were black taped shut at some time with all the residue still on all 5 doors.
I left my drivers license at the desk when I picked up my car and later that day they called me to advise they had my license however when I came to return vehicle my license was no where to be found.
Very long wait picking up. Two people in front had to call their insurance companies. One walked out. The only car they had for us was a van. Badly worn tires. Body damage. They asked us to sign a blank sheet indicating no damage.
This was the second time using this rental company and the last. The check out is ridiculous long, no where near the offset of the price. The car wasn't clean. Really bad.

Terrible service as they refused to give me the promised 12 passenger van. The staff at the counter said they have the 12 passenger van but reserved for higher up people. And then the manager named Gordon lied and said they don’t have any 12 passenger van. I saw several 12 passenger van in the lot and took picture of it. This is a scam.
After being at the counter for nearly 20 minutes and being told that I could not use my company card which had my name on it to pay for the car, and going back and forth as to why I had to use my personal credit card, the lady finally ran my company card only to (of course) find out that the car had already been paid for and that payment could be processed on the card. In the middle of this experience, I asked the lady to cancel my reservation and was told that I could do it online that she would not do it for me (even though no one was waiting in line to do so). Upon walking away and reviewing my reservation, I learned that at 9:30am it was 30 minutes past the time that I could cancel - so I went back up to the desk where it seemed obvious that she knew I wouldn't get the money back should I have canceled.
She then proceeded for at least ten minutes to talk me into buying insurance, which I already have but of course according to her it wouldn't be enough should I have an accident. After calling my insurance company to confirm, of course I had the coverage needed to deal with any accident issues. She then proceeded to try to talk me into buying a Sunpass because she said I'd spend more than $60 going to Orlando. Which I didn't, I spent $10 for the entire trip. Lastly, I was told that because I was going to Orlando that I didn't have unlimited miles as my email confirmation said, I had 150 miles per day and that I should have read through the terms and conditions. How about Easirent ask a question through the reservation process about where the destination is and let people know about the mileage cap on the front end instead of just saying it'll be 89 cents per mile extra now that a person cannot cancel the reservation.
All in all, I was incredibly frustrated with the process, as were the three people standing in line upon my return to the company window. Two of the three couples canceled their reservation at the window due to their own frustration. Never again.
Lydia and Gordon helped assist me with all my rental needs, and provided me with excellent customer service. They were very efficient with the check in process, and provided me with all the necessary rental information I needed to complete my rental process. I will definitely rent from this company again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More customer service rep Rashad was there alone and had to get rentals and service customers ...He worked alone most of the time....That us too much for one person and it creates tension
