“Copenhagen-Gothenburg-Oslo-Bergen, Returning to Denmark via Middelfart-Aarhus-Copenhagen”
About Enterprise:10.0/10
The rental and return guy was very handsome, efficient, and provided detailed explanations. For ETC, we recommend following his advice to rent one. In Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, there are many automatic tolls. Without ETC, you'll have to avoid toll roads entirely.
It was okay. The car rental area at Copenhagen Airport is quite large and the process is very procedural. You have to find the car yourself using a parking map. I had never experienced this before, and it was a bit confusing at first.
Aalborg Airport is very small and there are few people, making the process very quick. However, since the QEEQ insurance is domestic, the car rental company may not be aware if you have purchased it, so they may politely ask if you need their full coverage. But there's no pressure, and the staff are very friendly.
“Long queue for Enterprise. Will pay a few $ more to use Hertz next time.”
About Enterprise:7.7/10
Long wait to be served (Enterprise. Alamo and Europcar all shared same deck. They used a deli-style number ticket to manage the long queue. Service person mixed up my booking with someone with the same surname despite me asking him to double check - annoying and careless. Will use Hertz next time!

Easyrentcars was Easy and fast, just let down by Enterprise in Copenhagen.
The company provided a Skoda 5-door hatchback with automatic transmission. The odometer showed just over 2000 kilometers when we got the car, so it was basically new. The driving experience was excellent, the car was very fuel-efficient. We drove over 2100 kilometers without any issues. Both pickup and return were very smooth, and the company's service attitude was great. Highly recommended!
The store was easy to find, but it took a whole hour to finally give me the car! I saw the bad reviews and didn't want to use them, but went ahead because it was cheaper. I deeply regret it. All my time was wasted on this! I asked every 10 minutes, and the only answer I got was to keep waiting. When it had been delayed for 40 minutes, I asked if there was any compensation for the delay. Guess what they said? Oh, it hasn't been delayed for that long... Unbelievable! If there were negative ratings, I would give negative 5 stars.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
