I found the car to be a but dated.

The booking process was smooth at the information accurate

Initially hard to get hold of when I arrived at the airport however was told to catch a taxi and would be reimbursed. Was reimbursed on arrival however I have checked on my return and it has not come through I will chase this up.

Excellent customer service. Comfortable car.

The Only issue was pick- up from the Airport. I called to say we had arrived and waited 30min, called Jucy back to find out the driver had gone to lunch and we had to get a cab.. that was the only bad thing to happen, the customer service was great and the car was clean and full of petrol.

Very easy to use. will 100% use again.

Pick up at Brisbane airport was not available, had to go back to airport and queue for taxi. Cost was reimbursed which was OK. After leaving Jucy Depot discovered that vehicle was almost empty of fuel. Sent details and photo to Jucy, advised Cairns Depot on dropoff of situation. Still charged for fillup ($146), still awaiting refund!

Long time to pick up. Had to return to change car as passenger seat was very dirty and sweat stained. Drop off was out of hours so no issues.

Booking platform was good however with another hire in NZ we have had an additional charge of £60 from Avis for no reason. I will pick this up with QEEQ separately on my return to the UK.

The staff was super cool and relaxed at the time of pick up and drop off. He served me pretty quick and handed over the car keys. Even at the time of a drop off it was pretty quick and easy!

Please fix your stupid system! My actual charges should have been $20x7 days but it turned out $25x7 days because of your system picked up 8 days on your end whereas 7 days on Jucy rentals end! The customer service lady called and gave me a voucher !!! She told me that it would expire but what a crap! She lied and it expires in a month or so! Hate liars !!!

The car was as described. The service from Jucilei was great. The airport transfer bus arrived when they said it would. Good service at a low price.

It would be nice to automatically filter the prices from high to low or vice versa, or at least have this as a clear option on the app.

Good service attitude, very friendly.

Mud flaps in bad condition. One came loose while travelling at 100km. Headlights poor brightness at night and hard to see.
