COUNTER: The Budget office is now located within walking distance and customers are no longer required to take a shuttle bus. Customers can proceed to the baggage claim area to collect luggage then proceed down to Level 1 and walk across to the new facility. CARS: Located on 2nd floor of the parking deck. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The After Hours drop box is bolted in the ground next to the Fastbreak booth in the return garage. The customer needs to fill out the rental jacket portion stating the date/time of return, email address, and ending mileage then place the contract and keys in the drop box. We will e-mail a receipt to the customer once the contract is closed out.

Line was long in the cold weather just for me to find out I had to wait 24 hours to pick up rental since it was reserved with my debit card. After a 90 min wait, I was on my way.

Shocking treatment from their call centre. Had to take car back despite a hurricane. They refused to help despite state of emergency issued by president trump for Louisiana. The airport was closed, there was no public transportation, no taxis, no uber or lyft. The thrifty office was open so we were forced to return the car, driving in dangerous conditions with no means of getting back to the city. Thrifty call centre refused to transfer me to branch and insisted on the car being returned or they would charge: never again!

The 3 young ladies(?) working customer service at THRIFTY was Rude ,attitude sucks ; they don’t need to be working there.. My party , we had to wait 2 hrs are more for a vehicle, the date of pick up slot of people had to wait .. They need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Amazing experience! I was nervous about hiring abroad as you read so many horror stories about being over charged at the airport. After booking online I then phoned my local branch here in Scotland - they checked my booking confirmed I had all insurance I needed. Arrived at airport - amazing first class customer service from this lovely girl. Then collected car literally 5 minutes later.
