The consolidated Rental Car Facility is located 3150 South 160th Street The car lot is located on the third floor of the consolidated Rental Car Facility. Gold customers and customers arriving by flight: please board the shuttle bus at the designated pickup point to the consolidated Rental Car Facility (7-10 minutes ride) and take the escalator to level 3. Two passenger pick-up areas are located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.

We found budget staff great. They didn't try to upsell us. When we dropped off car we had a crack in side door window due to following a gritting lorry. The staff made no fuss and seemed more concerned about our welfare.

The counter service was excellent.
When we arrived, Budget was already closed, and Avis handled the car pickup. I booked a car, but the only options available were a truck and a van. The two of us ended up using a huge van, which we drove around the city for two days. We didn't cover much distance, but refueling cost us 63 dollars.

car rental was handled by Fox Car Rental, apparently they are partners. The service counters are fully staffed, I didn't need to wait in a queue. This was improved from few months ago where there was only 2 staff handling so many people queueing. But beware of taking the options at the counter. Road toll are not really necessary around Seattle for leisure trip. there's alternative routes

The woman at the counter was the most high pressure sales (additional insurance coverage) person that i have encountered in years.. she was nice enough but over the top on extra coverage and kept on about it- “lots of construction in Seattle so if you don’t get this and have a flat tire- it will cost you at least $350”

The staff at both pickup and drop-off locations were very friendly, patient, and warm. Especially when I forgot a key at the hotel during drop-off, the staff, after getting permission, provided me with a vehicle for free so I could retrieve it. It was very touching.

Counter staff Ming was very helpful. However, at check in, I told him I needed to return the car one day early due to change in my flight. I asked about receiving a credit because of this. The said I needed to call another number when I returned the car. I called the number and the lady I spoke with said no refunds. I asked for a supervisor and she said one were available. She took my phone number for the supervisor, but no one has called
