The pickup store sent multiple confirmations and even an email, but it was still wrong!!! This delayed our trip by two hours, which was really unacceptable. After placing the order, I noticed that the pickup store and the address did not match our requirements. Despite repeatedly contacting them to verify, it was of no use. Although they later compensated for the taxi fare between the two stores, the experience was very poor!

Alamo: Unlike other major companies that have counters in the arrival hall followed by car collection at the parking lot, we found out only through inquiry that their counter is directly in the parking lot. When we got to the parking lot, there were no signs for Alamo. After asking around, we finally discovered a small Alamo counter next to the enterprise sign. It turns out Alamo and National have been merged into Enterprise. There were a lot of people in line to pick up their cars, and only one attendant working slowly. It took us half an hour to get our turn. From the moment we got off the plane, car rental was the most inefficient part. We booked a Mercedes B, but were given a Toyota CH-R. They claimed it was in the same category. If they categorize it that way, what can we do?

There were additional insurance fees. I asked at the counter during car rental and was told there were no additional fees. This time I didn't read the contract carefully and it turned out there were hidden fees that were not disclosed.

The car was good but small to fit 3 luggages in the trunk. May be next time should let know that big luggages don't fit into the trunk. The rest was good and the car went through the Europe smoothly.

Picked up the car at Brussels Airport, returned it at the South Station. Both locations are quite convenient. The staff during both pickup and drop-off were very friendly and efficient; the whole process took about twenty minutes. It's best to book early; we booked close to our departure date and the prices were much higher. Bought insurance on QEEQ; the store asked about it but did not push aggressively.
