Always great service

No tenia suficiente credito para poner de fianza disponible en la tarjeta ya que piden 2800€, el triple que normalmente. Y la chica nos hizo coger un seguro de su compañía que nos dijo que eran 98€. Para sorpresa, cuando nos cobra, no nos cobro el equivalente a 98€ en florines, sino que aplicó una conversion muy desfavorable porque quiso y sumo 43000 ft, lo que resulto en 106€. Una estafa que suelen hacer a todo el mundo vamos.

Our experience with the FMC was good. Though they were not located at the airport, they came and picked us in 15 min. Staff was very helpful. Vehicle was good and exactly what we need for a big family with lots of luggage.

all cars are well maintained. we got an upgrade. all (including cleaning fluid for the window) was in place.

I booked a guaranteed Audi Q3...didn't get the car and was not even mentioned at the pick-up that they're sorry for not giving me the car I booked. Got a Mini Countryman instead which was good but not what I booked. I feel like I overpaid because of this.

Se nos entregó un coche superior a nuestras expectativas, fantástico y automático, prácticamente nuevo. Muy bien. Tan solo que no se nos entregó limpio y no era fácil detectar posibles desperfectos.

Carwiz experience wasn't bad, since it was a car hire for six days, and with young kids so therefore I wanted the safest routes. Pick up had a few issues. Drop off was fine. Only one staff member behaved slightly off-color, but probably he was having a bad day.

The store service was excellent. It was perfect for our family of 6 with 3 suitcases. The car was new and performed well, especially on mountain roads. We arrived half an hour early and they allowed us to pick up the car without additional charges. Very good attitude.

After exiting the arrivals hall at Budapest Airport, turn right to the car rental area, it's easy to find. No unnecessary talk, confirm the trip, some vehicles are not allowed to go to countries like Bosnia.

Very satisfied, no upselling. They gave me a new car with only 500km, and when I returned it, it had 4500km.

It seems that FMC is run by only two guys. After arriving at the airport, we called the number provided, but nobody answered. We contacted QEEQ for assistance, and they suggested trying another number. After getting through, they picked us up at the airport in about 15 minutes and drove us to the FMC location. Their office was in a remote and rundown area, which could be quite scary if picking up the car at night. However, there was no line, and the rental process was completed in a few minutes. An additional 50 euros was charged for international travel.

The service was excellent, any issues were promptly addressed.

Local rental company. Booked a Peugeot 3008 but got a compact SUV from Skoda. The car was in good condition, with low mileage. Good power and reasonable fuel consumption. It had CarPlay, which made it convenient for listening to music and using navigation.

The value for money of the car is excellent.

Easy to find. They didn't inspect the car with a light when returning it. Overall, not bad. Better than Schiller nearby.

Very satisfied. First time traveling in Europe and everything went smoothly. The vehicle was in great condition, having only 3-4,000 kilometers on it, and it was very stable.

The original car had chassis issues, but upon notifying the rental company, they coordinated a replacement. The toll fees couldn't be transferred, but they provided a vehicle with inclusive toll fees.

The car was relatively new, having only driven 1500 kilometers, and its condition was good.

1. The store is not near the airport, located 4 kilometers away in an industrial area, in a very secluded office. See the pictures I posted. When I arrived and called, no one answered, so I had to take a taxi to the store. No one was at the store, and I had to reach out to customer service to get someone there.
2. The reserved car was not available, and they gave me an old van instead, with no Bluetooth, broken car mount, and it wouldn't start after being parked for a while. I had to turn it off and on again to get it to start. They called it an upgrade, but it was actually a downgrade, ruining my experience!
3. Hidden charges: they said there would be a 50 Euro fee for cross-country travel. The Schengen Agreement allows travel between countries, but this was not mentioned in the terms. It's really unreasonable!
4. I mentioned during rental that I wanted to return the car a day early, and they said it was fine. However, when I arranged my schedule to return, they said they were on holiday that day and I had to return the next morning at 8 AM. It's the first time I've heard of a rental company freely taking a day off with no staff, even when it's not a public holiday. They wouldn't accept the car return during their office hours. It's unbelievable!
5. When picking up the car, they said they would go to the airport, but they left me at a fork in the road. As I was not familiar with the place, and GPS was inaccurate, I had to circle around to find my way out.

In summary, after reading these 5 points, who would dare to continue renting from this company?

The car was in good condition. The staff checked it thoroughly when I returned it, which was very helpful to immediately confirm any issues. By the time I walked to the terminal, I received an SMS notification that the credit card pre-authorization had been canceled. Very efficient, good experience.

Flight was late and I have picked up cars before in Budapest and was worried I would have to walk all the way down to the remote car park but they used their common sense and moved it to the reserve spaces by the arrivals lounge.

Schiller vehicles are good, pickup and dropoff are convenient. I paid a 35 Euro cross-border fee and highway fee for Hungary (covering the rental period).

Satisfied. Big companies are still reliable. After exchanging the car, the deposit was refunded within minutes.

Very good. The rental company is located in a factory next to the airport. The owner is a race car driver. You need to call ahead when arriving at the airport. No upsells or fees. We drove over 2000 kilometers in 5 days. The vehicle was a Mercedes GLB.

The staff had a very good attitude during pickup, didn't push any insurance sales, and there were no hidden charges. The inspection during return was very thorough; I've never experienced such a detailed check before.

The counter staff was good, did not try to sell additional unnecesssary insurance. Prompt service, car was ready. I did not get the car though. I booked an estate but got a small-medium SUV. Not sure if its an upgrade. In any case the most important to us was the luggage space. Thankfully we were able to just about squeeze ours in. I specifically booked an estate for the purpose of the luggage space.
