Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to the store. A free shuttle service is available during store business hours. After store hours (18:01 to 08:29 the next day), an additional late service fee of 65NZD per trip will be charged. Customers flying on domestic flights within New Zealand are advised to return their vehicle 1.5 hours before their flight departs, while those on international flights should return their vehicle 2.5 hours before departure.
