When picking up the car, I noticed a strange noise from the engine. The staff assured me it was fine, but on the last day, the car wouldn't start. After waiting for an hour and a half, someone arrived on a motorcycle and checked the battery, which was fine. They spent about an hour trying to fix the car but failed. They then suggested replacing the car, which would take another two hours. By this point, it had already been over three hours since the issue occurred. By 5:30 PM, there was still no replacement. I called for assistance and was told to take a taxi to the airport to return the car. The customer experience was extremely poor. I had to carry my child, luggage, and their baby car seat in a taxi to the airport. They took the broken car but left the baby seat at my hotel, so I needed to take an additional seat to the airport, where there was no communication or explanations during the process.

I paid for 4 days of rental when I booked the car. Upon pick-up, I informed them that due to a change in plans, I only needed the car for 3 days and asked if they could refund one day's payment. The rental company refused, clearly a rigid policy. I paid for 4 days but could only use the car for 3 days.
