They then suggested replacing the car, which would take another two hours. By this point, it had already been over three hours since the issue occurred. By 5:30 PM, there was still no replacement. I called for assistance and was told to take a taxi to the airport to return the car. The customer experience was extremely poor. I had to carry my child, luggage, and their baby car seat in a taxi to the airport. They took the broken car but left the baby seat at my hotel, so I needed to take an additional seat to the airport, where there was no communication or explanations during the process.
