You can walk to the counter of Firefly - Madrid Barajas Airport car rental.

Effective November 1st 2021, all our operation of Firefly in Madrid Airport will be concentrating in our Terminal 1 facilities, so until further notice we will interrupt our service in Terminal 4. Should the customer arrive in Terminal 2 or 3, the airport offers a free shuttle service connecting both Terminals to Terminal 1. Customers are advised to exit the Terminal (Arrivals level) and then take the free airport shuttle departing every 5 minutes.

Firefly office in Madrid Airport Terminal 1 is located right at the Rent a Car parking which is located just crossing the street once to leave the airport arrivals hall. Customers arriving at Terminal 4, need to go to Arrivals floor -1 in Terminal 4, go across the hall to Rent a Car Parking, located in spot 425. Should the customer arrive in Terminal 2 or 3, the airport offers a free shuttle service connecting both Terminals to Terminal 1. Customers are advised to exit the Terminal (Arrivals level) and then take the free airport shuttle departing every 5 minutes.
