Europcar Car Rental

The staff did an excellent service and took me down to the location of the car. Thanks to Mr. Mujeeb and Mr. Shihab for all their help. It was a good, relatively new and clean car. I was expecting a Toyota Yaris, but I got a Kia Pegas. Good.

Easy pick up

The Agent at Wellington spoke incomprehensible English.

they aggressively pushed to add full insurance for a very expensive rate, saying that if not most likely "the parking lot agent will find a damage" and added 61€ per day

We were sold snow chains at the counter which we were told were required by law. If this is the case they should be included in the rental? Were also quite pricey at 100 euros extra

The Europcar Interational terminal was understaffed causing a queue of customers who had to wait for a hour. We were sent to the Domestic terminal Europcar branch because QEEQ had booked the wrong terminal. The domestic terminal staff were very helpful, even staying after closing time to ensure we were served. They kindly gave us an upgrade because of all the trouble we had gone through being at the wrong terminal

The queue at Europcar was very long. In fact, it was the only hire car company with a queue. There was only one person working the counter so, it took almost an hour and we were third in the queue. The staff were friendly but, there was no urgency at all. To be fair to the staff, upon return, I left my mobile in the car. When I went back to retrieve it, they had it at the front desk. This was a big positive. In addition, I believe this is the first time I received the exact car that I was told I would get. This is also positive.

The car was new. The counter staff greeted well, and pickup and drop off was quick. During the 3rd day of the journey, the tyre burst, but Qeeq/Europcar swiftly responded to my call and dispatched roadside assistance and made sure everything, including the full refund was issued by the insurance timely. Best services and support. I will always use Qeeq in the future due to their cheapest price and wonderful support.

Helpful at reception, explain the car hire pick up and later drop off process. Next time will probably get a EV instead of PHEV.

May be technically it is similar cars but when you booked Volvo xc60 “or similar” and get Citroen in the condition of dying old donkey it might be little bit disappointing.

The car was good and as expected.

No complaints with Europcar, excellent service at the desk. Made the collection process really simple and easy. Even though we got given a slightly different car than requested, the car we got was perfect. Brand new with all the extras. A real good quality car meaning our road trips was very comfortable.

Had we not checked the supplied snow chains for size we would have ended up in serious trouble in the mountains. They gave us completely the wrong size. I can’t understand how that could even happen! This has happened numerous times so ALWAYS check

I have paid the full insurance from axa insurance from the qued application and the employee in the desk said that my axa insurance isn't valid because it's a third party..obviously it was lie and I paid almost 210 euros for an insurance she told me about the glasses and the tires

Please see above. Car had many faults. The dent should be fixed before being rented again.
