No tuvimos posibilidad de modificar la categoría del vehículo una vez en recepción. Por lo demás todo correcto

Car was brand new. Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly.

Car was in a very good condition and didn't have any damages. We did have to wait a very long time at the Europcar counter to get our keys. They should have also mentioned that the drop off location had changed.

Car exceeded my expectation. Very helpful and good service. Booked at last minute car was ready at other end.

I don't want to blame the staff at the Frankfurt Airport T1 counter, as I think he did the right job suggesting me a gasoline car instead of an EV (although I wonder the Mercedes was a reasonable option). With the change of car I was charged quite a bit at the counter additionally, but that is still understandable. What confuses me is the mysterious 30EUR additional charge on my credit card 1 month after rental, as well as the fact Eurpocar never replied to my request for sending me a full invoice via email. At the end, their website's contacting form doesn't allow me to send this claim due to some technical error on the website. I hope I'm the only one with this kind of experience.

When I arrived, the check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and they had the car ready for me right on time. The vehicle I rented was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It performed flawlessly throughout my trip, and I appreciated how fuel-efficient it was. Returning the car was just as smooth as picking it up, with clear instructions and no unexpected charges. Their transparency and excellent customer service really stood out. The car is as we wish we could get. No problem at all. Interior is clean and comfirtable.

It was ok generally allthough it had more damage on it than was annotated on the forms and we were just told to photograph it and we made a video. The extra insurance we took out to cover damages was very misleading as Eurocar still took an imprint of our credit card in case we damaged it and then we were told we would have to claim it back through the insurance plan. The insurance was very expensive and it feels like you were just trying to make up the cost of the cheap hire by loading the insurance heavily. All this needs to be made a lot clearer and not put in small print.
