Hertz Car Rental with Luxury Car

Attente un peu longue pour la prise du véhicule. Attribution dans l'ordre d'arrivée. Mais nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement et nous avons pu avoir le véhicule bien plus tôt que l'heure prévue.

it was a pleasant surprise as they had upgraded the car. it took only 10-12 minutes picking up the car. the staff at the counter were super nice.

It was fast and easy. The vehicle was clean, safe, and had up to date features

We had to wait over an hour for our car which meant we missed out on some of the activities we had planned for the day. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and claimed we needed to sign in using an iPad outside. The iPad (and the instructions to sign in) were all in Japanese. Whilst we were waiting (for over an hour) approximately 7 other customers came into the hertz store, missing the iPad and hadn’t signed in. The signage should be in all languages and not just in Japanese. When we eventually got to the front of the queue, the customer service agent who dealt with us was very apologetic, however we’d already waited so long that we’d missed the opportunity to conduct some of the activities we had planned to do.

Gentleman behind counter was helpful. When collecting the car the agent took photos but didn’t ask me to review them and made me just sign.

The car was in great condition and met all of our expectations

the car itself is great, we got a subaru crosstrek. However they didn't vacuum the car before handing to us, there was animal hair inside from the previous hirer. They also should have informed us of the exit after picking up the car, as we spent some time going around and going to the wrong exit. The drop off process was smooth and quick, no need to go inside the counter again.

Hertz si presenta sempre come un ottima compagnia di noleggio. Sono sempre stato soddisfatto.

事務所が混んでいて車を借りるまでに 1時間以上かかりました。

Quando cheguei lá para retirar o carro eles me cobraram todas as taxas eu disse que ja estavam pagas e mostrei o aplicativo e eles verificaram que realmente já estava pago porém na entrega do veículo me cobraram. A moça que me atendeu teve muita dificuldade de ver que as taxas já estavam pagas.

There needs to be more details regarding where to locate the "start" button in the vehicle.

Although I have paid $126.66 for insurance, Hertz charged me $130,80 for LIS (liability insurance) Could you please reimburse me for this double charge?

Tout a été très rapide pour récupérer la voiture, rien à dire de négatif. J’ai finalement obtenu un véhicule Volks Wagon qui fonctionnait très très bien. Cependant il aurait été apprécié que la voiture soit propre à l’intérieur (extérieur aussi aurait été apprécié). J’ai dû laver le pare-brise intérieur tellement il était sale et même les fenêtres des portières avant.

At the end of the hire, I was stunned to find out the collision damage waiver did not cover damage to the windscreen from a stone thrown up by another vehicle. Also an an exorbitant charge for the repair. At least 4 times the real cost of replacement of the windscreen!

Just disappointed on not supplying a vehicle with a sat nav.

Was supposed to pick up at 12 pm and was a bit early but the counter staff didn't arrive until about 12.15. It was very quick and efficient after that. Other comments above

Friendly helpful staff at pick up. Was perwarned that drop off was closed, but easy to find key drop.

We believe we were DOWN graded as we ordered Peugeot 2008 and got Seat Arena. Really disappointing car. Also the seat belt buckle was not working properly. We thought of changing the route to replace the car but we found a work around solution. Also the car made some strange noises. Also the waiting time in at the pick-up was very long.

同等車と言う事ですが、事前に配車する車を教えてもらった方良いと思います。カウンターでの問題無くスムーズな対応でした。返却もスムーズで良かったです。

担当者が、強引にグレードアップとフルカバー保険を勧め、何度も断ったが、半ば強制的に契約させられた また、デスク担当者も少なく、もう少し状況を考えた対応をすべきだと思う

La chica que nos atendio para recoger y entregar el coche fue la misma y la verdad fue extremadamente amable, incluso apoyandonos a llegar a la estación camionera. Mi unica observación sería con el número en donde se reportan los siniestros (se nos poncho una llanta), ya que creo que tienen alguna falla con su conmutador ya que a la persona que me atendio le entro mi llamada mientras estaba el ya en una llamada.
