Hertz Car Rental with Luxury Car

希望した車種の在庫がなく日産のRougueになってしまった

Hertz はコロナ後1番使ってます。 ここのレンタカーは新しく程度が良いから

I had a discussion at return, as they inspected the car and told me all is OK, then they charged me for missing fuel. I was still in airport so I went back to the office in parking and I was told indicator was missing a line. I shown them the receipt of refuelling which was consistent with the km of the rental, and told them the gun was clicking out showing full tank and indicator was probably faulty. Only after a long discussion with another employee the charge was removed from my invoice.

After return Hertz have said they have raised a damage incident for INTERNAL DRIVER AREA. I have no idea what this means as I can't get hold of them and they won't disclose details of any supposed damage. When I left the car, the driver area was intact, undamaged and fully functional. I don't think Hertz Perth Airport are particularly diligent as the renter before me had to swap out her vehicle as the vehicle they gave her had been vomitted in and she said she was dry retching from the stench.

This is a beautiful vehicle, so modern yet with plenty of space for families. absolutely loved it!

When I checked in I told the Hertz rep I would be a bit late dropping off the car and did I need to change the booking by 30 minutes. He said no, it was no problem and I didn't need to update the booking. My reservation ended at 1 pm and as indicated, I dropped the car at 1:25 pm. But when they emailed my receipt, they charged me $40 USD for one extra hour! Almost the same price as I paid for a whole day. Very dishonest given I asked in advance and could have amended the booking for a lower cost.

The car is in good condition.

I chose Compact (Volkswagen Golf) or similar. But I got a mini crossover Dacia Duster. The car was absolutely new and did it weekend job well.

No-it had different shifting mechanisms that I had a hard time figuring out-it was a Hyundai substitution.

Fiquei chateada que paguei mais que o dobro do valor da reserva feita pelo site . Inventaram várias cobranças obrigatórias que eu não tive escolha . Tinha seguro da visa e mesmo assim me obrigaram a pagar várias taxas .

The vehicle and services were excellent, yet the price was high (even so, it was still cheaper than other options). Keep in mind, that if you're picking the full coverage through QEEQ it is cheaper, yet if there is damage, you need to pay and then get the refund through your alternative insurance

Nothing really

The price I pay was totally different Freon what it was advertised at the time of the booking. I ended up paying 4 tTIMES more of what I understood I would pay when choosing your offer. Also the attendant did not help. She was not communicative nor helpful with the questions I asked. She didn’t even knew what was QEEQ.

Good car, it just too much time for the pickup. Considering it was too late at night , a bit faster to get the car would have been great.

Please ensure vehicles are filled compliant with all local laws before customers take vehicle away. All desk staff were VERY curious about situation, and did the best they could.

Auto normal, costo arriba de lo esperado, me entregaron el auto con 3/4 de gasolina pero al retorno muy amables me hicieron ajuste, la atención de la Srita Karina Muñoz de primer nivel mi reconocimiento para ella.

Me ofrecieron un vehículo de mayor categoria por "poca diferencia" pero no lo acepté. Fue muy amable la persona que me atendió pero no se tomó el tiempo en explicar el detalle de los cargos

Excelent service! Contact free checkin and pickup was avaible even for foreing (EU) driver's licence - highly recoment, you just follow signs to the parking and keys are waiting for you in the car - agreement send via email - only $200 blocked for deposit, relased withing 24h after dropping off, works perfect with American Express

나는 차를 인수하기 위해 카운트를 찾았습니다. 그리고 보증을 위한 신용카드를 제시하였으나 보유하고 있는 결재기계에서 결재되지 않았습니다. 나는 결재 기계를 바꿔 사용해 볼 것을 권고 했으나 무시한 채 사용 중지된 카드라고 말했습니다. 그러나 내 카드는 다른 업소에서 확인한 결과 문제 없음이 확인되었고 다시 카운트를 찾아 전후 사정을 이야기했더니 그제서야 정상적인 다른 결재기로 결재한 뒤 차를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 이 때문에 레위니옹에서 머무를 수 있는 4시간 중 1시간을 소비하고 말았으며 여행을 망쳤습니다. 하지만 카운터 직원은 시종일관 아주 무례했으며 자신의 잘못임에도 사과하지 않았고 시종일관 내 카드에 문제가 있다고 주장했습니다. 이 직원 때문에 헤르츠에 대한 신뢰가 하락했습니다.

Estuvo muy bien la verdad, pero enseguida empiezan a preguntarte a los chóferes a GPS a no sé qué y le dijimos que ya venía todo reservado y tuvimos que buscar la letra pequeña de vuestra reserva

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, but they charged us a 190 Pesos cleaning fee (they wanted to charge 300, but since I had taken the vehicle to a car wash and objected, they reduced it to 190). Since they insisted to pay in cash and did not issue me any receipt, I doubt this fee is not legitimate. Moreover, it is not specified in the rental agreement

カウンターでも40分ぐらい待ちました。さらに、車の受け取り場所でもさらに30分。スタッフが少なく、車を運ぶのに手間取っていました。 貸出受付の受付時間順に車を持ってきてくれるのですが、その受付カードが10枚ぐらい並んでいました。

I have to mention your two counter staff - they are great ambassadors for you. Helpful, polite, cheerful, professional. Found a mutual interest in aviation with the gentleman. I do hope he does follow through in acquiring his PPL - Private Pilot License!

プレミアムクラスの車ではなく、ミラーもくすんで見えにくかった

1番安いコンパクト+のミステリーカープランでしたが、2クラス上ぐらいのミニバンをアサインいただきました。 スタッフ配置の関係で待たされた事を除けば完璧でした。

Car was old and dented. Not what I expected

The person at the counter kept trying to sell additional insurance policies. He kept saying things like "we have flat tires all the time" and "people lose keys all the time". It made me wonder what kind of cars and customers Hertz has.

予定通りの車だったので良かった

Paperwork was ready at counter. Pleasant staff member. Car almost new and spotless.

Easy and smooth collection. Helpful staff. Nice little Toyata Corolla. Would recommend Hertz & QEEQ.
