Loose lot of money on charging due change of the car without my consent

Pick up was a breeze. Very very good staff at the rental location. They couldn’t have been more helpful. No improvement necessary if only all rental companies were like this

Good service

very unhelpful service. The car we reserved was not there and the only option offered was to upgrade to a bigger car and pay more. She did not agree to waive the upgrade cost despite hertz not having the car we reserved

Car was different but good

ME dieron un coche inferior al reservado y AUTOMATICO y yo habia reservado MANUAL y me engañaron me dijeron que me daban un manual de categoria inferior y cuando llegue al parking despues de discutir me habian dado un coche inferior y AUTOMATICO

Not the car I wanted. I wanted a Nissan Kicks and they deliver a Chrevolet Captiva. It is a bigger car but I did not wanted a bigger car, it consumes almost double the gas of a Nissan Kicks and we needed to uses for very long trips. Also insurance cost higher... The personnel a the counter did not tell me that it was another car so I assumed it was the requested vehicle. Only after we got to the delivery location, I saw it was a Chevrolet Captiva but we where in a hurry so I took the car.

Met my expectation

Super friendly staff - great Car and very helpful when we reported that we had the wrong charging cable in the car (could have been checked prior, though)

despues de dos semanas que ya regrese el carro, aun no me han devuelto el deposito de garantia de mi tarjeta de credito.

最大手で同カテゴリーの車の選択肢が多いのが良かったです。普段乗り慣れている日本車メーカーからコンパクトカーが選べたので、とてもいい感じでした。

飛行機の遅れで夜遅くに到着しましたが、受付の女性がとてもフレンドリーで、今日はみんな天気が悪くて遅れてるから大丈夫よと親切に接してくれました。

The car was perfect. They try to sale us special equipment for snow which was not really needed

カレー臭い車でした。 車両も傷だらけでした。 ハーツのカウンターではフルカバレッジを強引に進めてきますが2回断ると断れます。

とても良い状態の車を用意していただいた。

the option for the toll shoukd be offered at reservation online and not as a surpise at the counter

Car was great. Customer service at pick up very good. Struggled to upload photos on attachment at pick up. Could not upload any photos on drop off.
