Car was great, the staff were fantastic and contacted me immediately after having lost my licence in the car park. Collected it with no problems.

何かあった時の電話番号が車に貼ってあるが、タイでは自分達の携帯では、通話出来ないし、日本語しか出来ない為不安だった、ラインで対応して貰えれば良いと思う

Car exceeded my expectations as it was new and in perfect condition. The staff was courteous and answered any questions I had.

Car exceeded expectations (VW Atlas vs Nissan Pathfinder expetected). Counter was extremely slow to pick up, however.

I waited a long time in line to pick up the car. The car smelled like marijuana and the price was much higher than agreed. I didn't like it.

The car was fine I paid €300 deposit and only received half back so awaiting reason as car came back in the same condition and full of petrol

(A) very rude and unprofessional staff on pickup desk. (B) lied about battery charge status % to be returned (c) booking no where mentioned that EV charger and EV charge cable will.not be provided / optionally chargeable. Would never recommend thrifty company and EV vehicle to anyone for rental . It wasted lot of my time , energy in managing charging and it became the focus of all my planning. Super pathetic experience. All thanks to Thrifty.

Staff was very friendly and processed everything with in 7 min.

Have difficulty connecting to the in-car GPS system. The staff at Thrifty were of no help as they said they did not know how to operate the system. There was no queue system at the pick-up (eg. queue number ticket). It was based on who the staff saw coming in. If they missed your entrance when they are busy attending to other customers, it was as good as not being in the queue. The company would have known how many pickups to expect, so they need to cater enough staff to manage the pickups instead of making customers wait. Drop off was a better experience as there was a staff on site to quickly access the car before sending us off us within 10 minutes.

余分な保険をつけないでほしい。車の鍵が2つもらえたのだが、その2つが普通だと取れない。針金で連結されており、どうやれば取れるのかとカウンタースタッフに聞いたところ、ガソリンスタンドなどで切断してもらう必要があると言う答えだった。これでは、2つ貸してもらう意味がない。2つに分かれた状態で、2つのキーを貸して欲しい。

The staff at the counter was very very good . Puneet Kaur was the staff on duty . Extremely courteous and well behaved.. Performed her duty beautifully

Pick-up process was smooth and service was good. But as usual, there's always some confusion around insurance - it seems like the one I got from QEEQ.COM was insufficient and was asked to buy additional insurance so do take note of this. Perhaps, you don't need to buy it from QEEQ and just get it directly from the car rental company in the future.

All are good But the car insurance was not covered by credit card Budget was covered and no need to buy insurance

Didn't like at all the experience with Thrifty (upselling, check in experience was very long, defective car).

They are okay. The price is relatively cheap.

Loved the customer service, I did a mistake in booking but they helped settle it on the day.

Counter staff was not helpful at all, very aggressive and did not answer any of my questions. She was very un polite and charged me over the price for the agreed price without any clarification and when I asked first she ignored and then the 2nd time she answered me very aggressively and she said how would I know in a very aggressive way. Also for the security deposit, she charged me way above the amount that was specified. Conclusion : this is my first and last time to deal with Thrifty because of this person.

Really tried to sell the insurance.

Friendly customer service who took great concern about the distance that the vehicle would be travelling given the weather conditions and upgraded to an all wheel drive vehicle. Thankyou Thrifty!
