The car pickup process was tedious and unprofessional.

First car they gave was filthy, stains on seats, trash in car, dirt or ashes in console, Drivers side front tire was low, vehicle had strong odor of smoke. I went back in they quickly found replacement, but that can had not been cleaned either. however it was in way better shape than the first so I took it.

Terrible service, car hadmt been cleaned. When we returned it I left my tablet in there with valuable photos. I called an hour later and they said they couldn’t find it so one of their employees checking the car will have taken it for themselves I would never use thrifty again.

Had an extra charge added once we returned the car that we weren't told about at time of booking.
