The car was in good condition, and both pickup and drop-off were quite convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot the GPS on the windshield when returning the car, and the inspector didn't notice it. When contacted, the rental company found and kept it, but they said they couldn't mail it back. Multiple communications through QEEQ were unsuccessful. I hope the rental company can offer more detailed and better service to customers.

Really easy keys pick up in the terminal. It did take some time to find the car in the parking lot.

The pick-up and return process is simple, the vehicle is clean, the parking lot is very close, and the car is relatively new.

The inconvenience was that you need to wash the car yourself, which is not convenient when you rushing to the airport and it’s raining. Otherwise it is good value for money. The car is spotless too.

This worse car rental car company in the world they charged my visa 200 dollars for extra insurance . I arrived from Canada to Poland with everything already payed hotel car rental everything!!! I told the person working at green motion car rental I don’t need extra insurance I have it with my visa !!!!!! Then he says I have to buy the extra insurance or I don’t get the car !!! Absolutely a joke ! I Will never use this company agen never !!!!! Absolutely garbage!!!!

The car was new and excellent and it was in a higher category than booked. Pickup was perfect. At return, the agent declared that the vehicle was scratched although it was returned in perfect condition and the scratches were imagined. We took photos and will vigurously contest the charges.

Very easy to book, with complete information. I hope that Easyrentcars will properly take care of the renters pretention for non-existent scratches.

Hertz Warsaw as usually presented very high standard of service. The gar that I got was nearly new and in perfect condition. I was also treated to a little upgrade to Seat Leon, which I found to be a good drive.

Mandatory Insurance Purchase

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, after 11 hours flying with 2 little kids it took about 30 minutes to get my car, plus it was long way to walk to the car with my suitcases and 2 kids. It was very weird that I had to pay to clean the car.

We got a free car upgrade, which was nice! It was our first time using panek, and to be honest it was great! Would definitely recommend them.

Easyrentcars is just amazing! The booking process is silky-smooth and the fare is repeatedly check to get the lowest rates possible. Will use only ERC in the future.

Car location at the huge multi storey airport car park is bit confusing hence long pick up time. Signposting from car park lift to the Surprice's parking lot would help.
