Satisfied with the car rental company's service, but not happy that QEEQ showed vehicles that the rental company did not have.

No matter how I explained that I had purchased full insurance online at the time of pickup, they still made us sign a contract in Polish that we couldn't understand. Besides the 590 yuan rental fee paid online, the car rental company charged us an additional 1200 yuan.

Long wait time, waited for over half an hour, and then spent another half hour signing various documents.

The efficiency was too slow. Although I had already purchased insurance, I was told it wasn't recognized. It seems there was no communication between them and the rental company, so I had to buy another day of insurance for 36 euros while I was abroad. The low efficiency wasted a lot of time at the airport.

The efficiency was terrifyingly slow. If you didn't accept the various terms, you were told to leave. The attitude was also very 'friendly'.

Provided a car of a higher class (I ordered a class with manual transmission and gave Toyota avensis with automatic). The car is super clean and in good condition.

I always rent from this company; the cars are in good condition and fairly new.

Very happy with the price I paid. Check-in and pick-up went very well too. BUT.... the drop-off was not a nice experience. I had to wait 20 minutes. then the whole process took another 20-30 mins. The guy was very young and clearly didnt have much experience. He spent a lot of time and started showing me some micro-small scratches incl. on a roof, suggesting it was all my fault. If I knew that, I would have examined the car very carefully during the pick-up, documenting everything. He wanted to charge me 270 PLN on the spot but I refused because it was nonsense. Luckily, in the end the company didnt charge me anything on top but it was stressful anyway.

Dissapointing Green Motion are presenting me with photo evidence of damages dated before my rental.

Gave the wrong car and refused to replace it. Forced the user to accept it.

The rental agency try to rip me off by paying the damages I didnt do. Also I took the damages cover insurance and dispite the insurance they try to make me pay about 600 euro. Its scandalius. I follow you the message they send me

The staff are very professional, in line with Schengen standards.

The attitude was quite average

Condition have to be specified better. My flight was late and Green motion released the car.

Things I didn't appreciate (actually I was very upset about them) with Green Motion are? 1. Long list of damages an price list to review and accept 2. Expactation that I will prepay for cal wash or I will do it before droping off !!!! 3. Tank wasnt full and expectation that I will match the same fule level at drop off.

Very unprofessional, felt like a personal vehicle, seemed to be brought over temporarily.

It took over an hour to process.

I don't understand why the paper documents are not all complete for our arrival. I book a rental car 5+ times a year and this would be an easy way to speed up the process. The company has all of my details when I book online. Please use this to prepare the documents so I don't need to redo it. Otherwise the staff are lovely, vehicle is very good, nice and new. The location is easy to find and drop off process is also very easy. The value for money is brilliant.
