When i arrived to pick up the car I was surprised to learn that I had to pay for the cost of the fuel, i did not realise this to be the case. I would have accepted this but I was asked to pay 160 euros for a tank of fuel for this type of car. This is approx 100 euros too expensive and the rest was explained as 'other' fees... I was not willing to pay this much and so I was forced to accept a much smaller car but still forced to pay 110 euros for a tank of fuel which is a total rip off. I therefore had to take a much smaller car than I was expecting, had to squeeze my family and luggage in and pay 110 euros for this privilege. The staff member as extremely rude, unhelpful, unwilling to se any other point of view and plainly didn't care. It got our holiday off to a very poor start.
Pas de possibilité de prendre le véhicule plus tôt, j'ai donc attendu à l'aéroport, lorsque je me suis à nouveau présenté au comptoir, il y avait foule et un temps d'attente malgré les nombreux guichets. Pas une personne parlant français, la personne qui m'a reçu parlait très vite en Espagnol, m'a donné les formulaires en Anglais et était fort mécontente que je ne veuille pas de l'assurance d'environ 260 euros. Je n'ai pas eu d'indication pour savoir où je devais récupérer le véhicule. Très mauvaise expérience

Desk computer problem at pickup. Car was not checked for any issues. I was told that this was not necessary as I had paid for full and total insurance. Short delay on drop off. Car checker could not find odometer. Had to wait for his superior to say that all was well and I could go. Otherwise all was good.

RIP OFF
One lady on the counter waited over 30 minutes to get my paperwork while she was doing the up selling bit to another English customer in front of my family
Then when I got to the counter I had the big up sell on everything which is another story
Returned the vehicle early in the morning as our flight was very early, I videoed the vehicle before parking up the vehicle was in prestine condition I have been noticed by my credit card company they have taken over £400 off my card for I don’t know what, I have now got to fight budget to get my money back the whole rental was a scam, cheap hire and take what money you want off the customers card at the end
I will be taking this to the highest level with maximum exposure to avoid others being ripped off

The mobile app can be difficult to navigate. Spent ages looking for a way to change currency. Would be good to default back to home currency instead of last used. Also would be good if fuel policy other than full to full was highlighted more prominently. Fuel policies can have a significant impact on overall cost.
The car was what we expected, we did not pay for any extras apart from an additional driver and there was no problem with this. We did check the car thoroughly and asked more scratches to be added to the list, but there was no problem with this. The drop off process did not take long. Very easy and smooth process and good value for money.
Great service at the counter. Received a complementary upgrade and the car was great. Very smooth checkin and no pressure to buy add on insurance only a question.

The counter staff were pushy for insurance as I had it already the lady was then dismissive and failed to give me clear directions to the cars location. The car was eventually found after a lot of walking around with luggage and children. The car would not open so once I managed to find a helpful agent, they arranged a replacement. The replacement was rather tatty with slight damage on all panels, however it did run well. The return process was easy although the refund took a few days.
22€ de frais d'aéroport au moment du retrait de véhicule ! Ce n'était stipulé nulle part au moment de la réservation ! Ce n'est absolument pas tolérable !
Mauvaise surprise de recevoir une facture de surcoût avec 21€ de prise en charge Aéroport et la facturation de 9 litre de carburants+ frais alors que j’ai restitué le véhicule avec le pleinj,ai demandé un remboursement Mais pas de réponse à ce jour. Merci de votre action

The actual car was lovely and a pleasure to drive. They had a quick pick up system and drop off was in early hours (outside of office hours) so there was a key drop system and no charge for this. My excess fee was automatically returned to me once the office opened. My only issue was a fuel fee, despite having a full to full tank hire agreement. They required deposit of £51 which I was assured would be returned once the car was returned with a full tank....this has not occurred despite me having a receipt (time/date/address) from the petrol station and time stamped photos of the fuel gauge showing a full tank! Currently chasing this up with Centauro!

Great booking platform, by far the cheapest I could find on line! Easy to use however, I have android and could not download the app, so had to print the booking voucher out!
Service of budget was terrible. Aggressive selling of larger car. Aggressive selling of extra insurance. I think an Audi q3 is smaller than a bmw 3 series too. Not happy at all. Man was rude and slow

The pick up location is extremely difficult to find. There is no sign up whatsoever for Amigo. This needs to be addressed urgently as we spent over an hour trying to find it.
Ended up paying nearly double the quote as they took a deposit in GBP with fee and refunded in EUR. Currently trying to resolve this. Waited 45 mins to be served, rude service, didn’t have the car I ordered, seemed to want to make the process as difficult as possible. Will never use this company again.
