Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, but the store tends to upsell insurance.

I booked a Chevrolet in advance but when I arrived, there were no cars available... Had to upgrade the model, costing quite a bit more

When picking up the car, the staff noticed I was nervous and brought me to the pick-up location. They also taught me the basic operations of the car. I am very grateful to this staff member for their patience. Due to language barriers, I took up a lot of their time. I am very thankful, so I chose to continue renting from this company for the second month, although I did not meet that kind person again. I want to express my gratitude here.

Only issue was that the tank was only 3/4 full on pickup

they will do their best to get more money out of you. they offered the $3 upgrade to more than one person while I was standing. if you complain about the car they give you for any reason, they will tell you they don't have another one in the same price range, but if you pay an extra $3 per day they will get you a better car or a car without whatever you complained about. other than that, the staff seems nice. but the whole process lacks some integrity. shuttle drivers are nice people

Don’t believe the star ratings!!!! Can someone please help me understand how I can give 1 star on 6/6 questions (cos I couldn’t give lower) but my “Overall Rating” averaged out to 2??? This service is so pitiful they have to rig the rating system??

This went smoothly, the location is convenient and the wait no more than at the airport where lines can be longer.

Everything was perfect. I have used Ace rental before and recommend it to anyone looking to rent a car close to the JAX airport. Friendly staff, quick service, swift pickup and drop off at airport.

Ace Rental runs a poor operation that left all Ace customers waiting by the curb wondering where the shuttle was after more than a half hour. The car was provided in a poor condition. Tire pressure was off in one tire, washer fluid indicator reported no washer fluid present, and car made concerning noises at high speeds. There was also no spare tire in the trunk in case of flats.
