The only difficulty we encountered during the whole process was getting through the barrier of the airport car park. It caused us some consternation, but was soon fixed by the rental company. Otherwise it was fine with no hidden costs, which was the prime driver in my choice.

Muy buena atención de todo el personal y excelente relacion calidad precio. recomendaría por parte de la empresa algun email dando por recibido o finalizado el alquiler y cancelación de la fianza.

el resguardo te dice de buscar el vehiculo en el garaje como punto de encuentro. pero no es correcto, hay una oficina en la terminal donde recoger las llaves y el contrato. Se pierde mucho tiempo en llegar al garaje, ver que alli no atienden y volver a la terminal. Las instrucciones de entrega estan en inglés en el resguardo de qeeq, lo que no ayuda a aclarar. Por suerte la oficina de Top Canarias se encuentra muy facil en la terminal.

Voiture de meilleure qualité que prévu. Mais personne présent lors de la restitution et on me facture des dégâts que je n'ai pas faits sur le véhicule. Pas acceptable !

They force you to drop off the car in the La Palma aiport lot with nobody there to verify the drop off or condition of the car. Then they charge you the deposit claiming damage with no evidence. This has happened to many people according to online blogs and comments and they did the same to me. Please stop using this rental company.

Primero nos dejaron un coche más grande pero sin potencia Lo cambiamos y luego nos dejaron uno con tres golpes que no vimos hasta el día siguiente y nos preocupamos en exceso ya que nos dijeron que el seguro a todo riesgo contratado en la web no era valido
