Only problem was the constant beeping telling me to change gear- very distracting when driving through a snowstorm & the switch was disabled or not working, so I couldn’t turn it off!

Like: Easy to find, car in good condition

The car was as advertised, I had a wait for a short time for booking in then directed to my car which was fuelled, fairly clean and where it was supposed to be. The staff were very friendly.

Platform works as advertised, very easy to use and a good price.

Like: Best car we used for touring the beautiful scenery of Scotland. Very comfortable drive and helped enhance our experience.
Dislike: Waiting to pick up car upon arrival, it was very crowded.

Like: Everything worked.
Dislike: No manual with car. Not obvious that Firefly was part of Hertz. Left so,etching in the car and although contacting Hertz three times no one seemed interested and have heard nothing back. No one returned my call.

Couldn't use Chinese credit card, and cash is not accepted

The company arranged a car to pick us up and take us to their office. When we arrived at the airport parking lot after our flight, the car was already full. The driver politely asked us to wait a moment while he dropped off the other passengers and then came back for us. We waited about 40 minutes before the car returned to take us to the rental company. We waited about 10 minutes at the counter and another 10 minutes for the paperwork. The whole process was very courteous.

Picked up the car at the AVIS counter in INVERNESS. They insisted that in addition to the Chinese mainland driver's license and its translation, an international driver's permit was also required. Despite lengthy discussions, they wouldn't release the car, citing it as their policy. Called the Zuzuche customer service, who communicated with the staff, but the result was the same. The company hadn't notified them that a Chinese driver's license with a translation was sufficient. Anyway, I can't really blame the AVIS staff; they were just following the rules. They did agree promptly to note the reason for the refusal on my rental order. Thankfully, Zuzuche customer service quickly arranged a car with HERTZ, and I was able to pick it up without issues. Otherwise, I would have been totally stuck.

The car was a bit old, but its condition was good and it safely completed the trip. The staff's attitude was also good.

There was only one person at the counter, and sometimes there was no one to assist.
