The staff were quite friendly and there were no extra charges.

They never had our vehicle. The only one they had was damaged down the drivers side with a damaged mirror. Saying this, it took them over half an hour to find the key for this vehicle.

Would recommend QEEQ.COM to anyone. Great value and plenty of communication.

The counter staff was helpful...getting out was a little odd with the exit attendant appearing from another location. I got put on hold when I phoned for road service so I just ended up putting air in the tire a few times.

The price drop worked for a slight discount.

We did not get the car we paid for. I paid for a full size vehicle, Nissan Altima and was given a regular size Nissan Sentra. The choices we were given were all mid sized vehicles.

The rear wheels either have a bad wheel bearing or tire with a broken belt causing a vibration and noticeable noise.

Would have been better if the confirmation has USD versus MYR $ on the receipt.

They said there were no small cars available and an additional $5 per day fee would apply.

I found it cheaper through easy rent cars then through the rental company.

Return the car with a full tank, but they don't refund the fuel charge. This should be clearly stated in the rental documents, but it wasn't. They said I purchased a service where I could return the car with any amount of fuel. However, the lady at the pickup said I would get a $27 refund, but the final bill charged me $35. This tank of fuel ended up being very expensive since I only spent $21 on refueling. In short, when using the ZUZUCHE app, they recommend buying various things, you should just say 'No' to everything because they will push all kinds of insurance and additional services. Overall, just say no if you don't understand what's being offered.

Initial car given was not cleaned. Second car broke down. took 6 hours to provide replacement car then wrong class of car.

Quick and friendly pickup. Unfortunately our car got broken into and we had to exchange it on the last day. Exchange took forever. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
