保険に加入しているのに、しきりに保険に加入させている。保険が足りないと嘘をついて、損をした。パカパカと十分以上言って、最後まで無視した。彼はしぶしぶ車のキーをくれた。車種もあまり満足できない。注文したビュイックのヴェラノがくれたマツダ5。騙された気がする。15元をプラスしなければ、クラスのケメリを変えることができない。乗り換えの時のお客さんはとてもよかったです。効率的で親切で礼儀正しい。

El personal del mostrador fue muy descortes y me enganaron anadiendome extras que no solicite como el seguro del vehiculo, que yo ya tenia y dije que no lo queria. Esto supuso un costo extra aparte del precio de Easyrentalcars. Me senti estafado por ellos. Al reclamar no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion.
